The topic for this term in Koinonia is Justice.

Throughout the last 11 days we have been told stories by Ms. Sykes which have represented justice in many different ways. We have learnt the meaning of justice and different ways of showing it.

Hope for Homes for Children

Last week Hope and Homes for Children came to assembly to talk about their amazing charity. The charity’s dream is to stop children being kept in orphanages. They have found homes for many children in Britain. Each pupil got to take home a bookmark and a leaflet about their cause.

1001 Arabian nights

A group of amazing pantomime actors came in to show us a preview of their amazing performance 1001 Arabian nights. The performance will contain many children from Bathford school. They told us that they will be holding an competition where Bathford school children can draw posters. One poster from each class will win a free ticket and their poster will be used to promote the pantomime.
